Mindful Hiking through the Steinhofgründe

Our mindful hike starts at Baumgarten Cemetery (Friedhof Baumgarten), which we walk through, and with good visibility
we can enjoy views of the green surroundings. From there we continue to the Otto-Wagner area
with the Otto-Wagner Church and then to the Steinhofgründe, from where we can enjoy a beautiful view of Vienna. After the Steinhofgründe, we walk through the Ottakringer Wald to Neuwaldegg.
Most of the time we hike in silence to be able to listen to nature, ourselves and our surroundings. During the rest breaks there will be opportunity for exchange. During the hike we practice
various practices: listening to the bell, second buddy, mindful eating, mindful sharing,
Dharma text, dwelling in nature and communal singing.

- Comfortable clothing & sturdy shoes
- Water bottle / thermos with tea
- Picnic/lunch
- Sitting mat

- Participation is free.
- In case of bad weather, the hiking day will be cancelled.
