Mindful Hiking from Donaupark to Donauinsel

Our first mindful hike of the new year takes us to Donaupark and further via the Arbeiterstrandbad
and the Wasserpark to Donauinsel. This tour offers the opportunity to be in contact with nature as well
as the opportunity to admire Austria's tallest structures.
Walking takes place in silence. During rest breaks there is opportunity for exchange. During the hike we practice
various practices: listening to the bell, second buddy, mindful eating, mindful
sharing, Dharma text, dwelling in nature and communal singing.

What to bring:
- Comfortable and warm clothing & sturdy shoes
- Water bottle / thermos flask with tea
- Picnic/lunch
- Sitting mat

- In case of bad weather, the hiking day will be cancelled.
