DESCRIPTION:On our March hike we can observe how nature awakens from its wi
 nter rest. We will have several opportunities to enjoy beautiful views ove
 r the city from above. We begin with a walk around Leopoldsberg with views
  over Vienna and Klosterneuburg. We then continue to Kahlenberg\, from whe
 re\, in good weather\, impressive views also await us. Afterwards we follo
 w the ridge through the forest\, where we will also take a break for mindf
 ul eating. We end the tour at the beautiful meadows near Cobenzel with a l
 ovely view over Vienna. We walk in silence. During rest breaks there is op
 portunity for exchange. During the hike we practice various mindfulness pr
 actices from the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh: lis
 tening to the bell\, second body\, mindful eating\, mindful sharing\, Dhar
 ma text\, dwelling in nature and - if appropriate - communal singing.\n\nD
