SUMMARY:From the Perchtoldsdorf Heath to the Josefswarte
LOCATION:Bus stop Sonnbergstraße (Bus 255)
DESCRIPTION:Our first stop on our April hike is the Perchtoldsdorf Heath at
  the Zieselwiese. We continue through mixed and pine forests. We will also
  pause at a viewpoint – the Josefswarte with a beautiful view over Vienn
 a and into the Vienna Basin. Our last stop is at the Steinbruchsee Fischer
 wiesen – after which we make our way back to the bus stop. During the mi
 ndful hike we have the opportunity to walk together in silence and listen 
 to nature. During rest breaks there is time for exchange. Throughout the h
 ike we practice various mindfulness practices from the Plum Village tradit
 ion of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh: listening to the bell\, second body\, m
 indful eating\, mindful sharing\, Dharma text\, dwelling in nature and –
